Marks & Spencer is looking for a Customer Assistant in Operations to be the backstage powerhouse of our stores. This is a physically demanding, high‑intensity role that keeps our stores running smoothly.
You’ll handle stock, deliveries and the essential behind‑the‑scenes work to keep the shop floor full, clean and ready for customers. You’ll move quickly, stay accurate, and work across the wider store with flexibility and a can‑do team spirit.
