At least 1 year's relevant customer facing experience gained in a premium (such as Retail, Hospitality or similar) environment. Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with a minimum grade C in Maths and English. Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service. Strong presentation skills i.e., well-presented application form. Flexible, prepared to help the rest of the team in a willing and positive manner.

At times, there may be a requirement to cover our Mallusk dealership. Desirable:
Previous switchboard experience would be an advantage. 2 + years relevant customer facing experience gained in a premium (such as Retail, Hospitality or similar) environment.
