40 hours Pay: £14.50 per hour About Carnbrooke Carnbrooke is a proud, family-owned business committed to local sourcing. Following the success of our 2,500 sq. ft. Butchery Food Hall in Lisburn, we opened our newest location in Dromore in 2022. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented, enthusiastic Supervisor to join our retail management team in Dromore.

The Opportunity As a Supervisor, you are a vital part of our retail leadership. Youll support the Retail Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations and take the lead in their absence. We are looking for someone with a natural flair for teamwork, a positive outlook, and the confidence to think on your feet. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership:
Motivate the staff to provide friendly, professional service and lead by example in food safety and stock management. Operational Excellence:
Maintain high standards within the Food Hall, ensuring the store is ready to trade by being clean, tidy, and compliant with Health & Safety standards. Sales Growth:
Identify opportunities to drive sales in specific categories while proactively reducing wastage. Management Support:
Prepare staff schedules, manage accurate ordering, and help oversee the training of new Retail Assistants. Security:
Act as a key holder, responsible for opening and closing the store. About You At least 1 year of experience in a busy retail environment, including supervisory or key-holding duties. Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to lead a diverse team. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Comfortable working 8-hour shifts, including regular weekend work on a rotational basis.
