Retail Sales Assistant and Keyholder, youll be a key part of our brand and a team player in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving commercial success. Youll be part of a talented team, support in day-to-day operations, and provide excellent customer service to those looking to purchase our premium bedlinen and homeware collections in Were Looking For Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive the stores visual merchandising standards by organising displays and ensuring products are well- transactions accurately using the till system, including upselling products to maximise sales stock levels by replenishing shelves and organising stockroom areas opening and closing procedures as a Key Holder, including securing the premises after excellent phone etiquette when answering enquiries or taking orders over the in organising promotional events or sales campaigns to attract time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within scheduled retail sales assistant experience with a strong track record in customer service, retail shop floor experienceA flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and late nights

Familiarity with premium homeware or lifestyle products is a plus

Requirements

Strong communication skills with an ability to engage confidently with customers and team experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not mandatory; training will be organisational skills with attention to detail in visual presentation and stock to manage time effectively during busy periods and prioritise tasks We Offer Staff Discount after successful probation period
