Excellent opening for a retail professional to step into a Store Manager (Food service) position with a well established food service business operating multiple sites across Northern Ireland. This position is Belfast based only. Ideal for someone currently working in retail who wants to move up into management. What You'll Be Doing Deliver against the company's leadership values and take personal accountability for hitting and beating targets Take charge of the fresh, frozen and food service department and make sure operational standards are consistently met, including the handling of products such as meat and dairy where required Work alongside the re-order team to keep stock levels accurate, taking ownership of individual orders as needed Develop strong customer relationships, get to know what they need and build loyalty to the brand Roll out promotional activity in line with company guidelines Bring energy, commercial awareness and real enthusiasm for the brand Guide, motivate and manage your team towards departmental objectives Make sure all Standard Operating Procedures are followed in full Hours 38 hours per week, Monday to Sunday.
