Rowans Hospice is seeking a Sales Assistant for the Lee-on-the-Solent shop on a 16-hour fixed-term contract for six months. The role supports the Shop Manager and involves maintaining housekeeping and visual merchandising standards to sustain the charity's retail income.
The successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service, be flexible to cover leave and absences, and assist with heavy lifting related to donations. This position requires 18+ due to key holder responsibilities.
