B&M Retail Limited is hiring a Customer Service Supervisor in Fort William for a permanent part-time role working 20 hours per week. You will support the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and checkout area, ensuring top service for customers.
The role requires flexibility to work shifts between 7.00am and 8.30pm, with a focus on delivering great customer experiences and supporting store profitability. Training and development opportunities are available as part of our team.
