Dr. Martens is seeking a part-time Keyholder to manage our Cambridge store. The role covers opening/closing, delivering strong customer service, and assisting the management team across day-to-day retail operations. Shifts are varied across 7 days and include supporting holiday cover.
You will lead on stock procedures, ensure store standards, and strive to exceed sales targets while maintaining a safe, friendly shopping environment. Fluency in English and IT literacy are required.
