Majestic Wine Group in the UK is seeking a dynamic Trainee Manager for a 12-month development programme. You will gain detailed exposure to operational, service, and leadership standards to prepare you for a Store Manager role.
The programme includes weekend work, travel to surrounding stores, and extensive in-house training. The role requires a full UK manual licence (12 months), willingness to work weekends/evenings, and a drive to develop through Majestic’s pathways and training schemes.
