Pandora is seeking a Supervisor to lead the busy sales floor in our UK stores. You’ll coach a high-performing team, deliver world-class service, and manage daily store operations in a fast-paced environment, with KPIs and targets to beat.
This permanent role covers 32 hours per week across Mon-Sun, with a competitive pay rate of £16.25 per hour and a monthly bonus scheme (10-20%) plus generous discounts and benefits, including a jewellery uniform allowance and employee perks.
