The Good Wine Shop is an award-winning independent wine merchant focused on warm, knowledgeable hospitality and storytelling. We are seeking a Lead Wine Advisor to drive customer experience, lead the shop floor, and support day-to-day operations with ownership and pride.
This role combines strong wine knowledge with ownership, organisation, and a passion for independent retail. You will lead tastings, manage private client relationships, and mentor colleagues while delivering outstanding service.
