The Boots Company PLC is seeking a Liz Earle Counter Manager to lead and develop the counter team, driving sales and delivering personalised skincare consultations in-store. You will report to the Regional Business Manager and be responsible for counter presentation and brand stewardship.
You will coach your team, build strong customer relationships, and deliver against sales plans while completing the Skin School development programme. Flexible working options may be discussed.
