Henderson Group is recruiting a Team Leader for the SPAR store on Manse Road, Newtownabbey. The role involves leading the store team, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to store policies. Salary is £14.63 per hour with a 42.5 hour week, operating across Mon-Sun 6am-12 Midnight.
5/7 days work includes opening, closing and weekend shifts. You will report to the Assistant Manager or Store Manager, with responsibilities including keyholder duties and community-focused initiatives.
