Assisting the Community Facilities Development Co-ordinator in the day-to-day running of the community centres, including reception duties, administrative tasks and cash-handling processes. They will also support the development and implementation of the facility-specific Community Centre Development Plan. In addition, the post holder will ensure that user groups are effectively supervised in a safe and well-maintained environment, with rooms set up and cleared in accordance with user requirements.

The post holder will also be required to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis to meet the operational needs of the service. The post for which you are applying is regulated (and therefore a conviction can never become 'spent') and you must declare any previous convictions in the relevant section of the criminal declaration form. As part of the pre-employment checks we will also complete an enhanced Access NI check with children's barred list.
