Job Description What You'll Do Greet and engage every customer with confidence and warmth, delivering a best-in-class welcome. Offer advice across skincare, makeup, and fragrance, with recommendations that feel personal. Demonstrate product application and support beauty consultations or services where applicable. Bring brand activations, events, and promotions to life, encouraging trial and discovery. Stay sharp on product knowledge, new launches, and the latest beauty trends.

Keep counters and displays fully stocked, immaculate, and visually inspiring. Step in to support tills or other departments to keep the customer journey seamless. Stay alert and compliant with store procedures to support loss prevention. Follow health and safety standards at all times. Represent Frasers and our beauty brand partners to the highest standard, in service and in presentation.
