TALA is seeking a stockroom and retail operations lead for the Bicester Village store on a fixed-term basis from 26 November to 27 January. You will own goods in, stock flow, pricing, and backroom processes to ensure stock accuracy and on-floor availability.
The role requires strong merchandising, leadership, and customer-service focus in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include stock integrity, replenishment, and supervising a small team while aligning with sustainability commitments.
