TALA is seeking a Stockroom/Backroom Lead for its UK locations, responsible for end-to-end stock flow, backroom integrity, and floor-ready product. You will plan deliveries, manage pricing and ticketing, and drive stock accuracy in a fast-paced fashion retail setting.
Rolls out physical store processes, supports replenishment, and leads a small backroom team to maintain accuracy and shopper-ready stock with a focus on sustainability and brand standards.
