Harrods is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our in-store team on the 3rd floor of our Knightsbridge store. You will deliver the highest levels of service, assist customers with queries, returns, and feedback, and share knowledge about products, services, and Harrods heritage.
You will be on-site, five days out of seven, work with colleagues across departments, resolve issues quickly, and help create a luxurious, seamless shopping experience for every visitor.
