This permanent full-time role offers regular day shifts from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, including Saturdays and Sundays, with comprehensive training provided.

• Achieve sales targets and meet KPIs both individually and as part of your team.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers in-store.
• Handle daily transactions across retail and the buys/loans counter.
• Merchandise the store, maintain its presentation, and conduct market research on items being pawned.
• Utilise your expanding product knowledge across categories like mobile phones, power tools, gaming consoles, and musical instruments.

• Experience in customer service, sales, or retail is ideal
• Willingness to learn and upskill with strong communication skills
• Enthusiastic, with a bit of street smarts
