Professional Shop Retail Assistant

We are currently inviting applications for a self-motivated, well presented, and outgoing Professional Shop Retail Assistant to provide the first contact customer interaction with our Members and Guests at the Club.

• Consistently Delivering a professional, friendly, and engaging service to Member and Guests.
• Booking tee times and checking-in golfers.
• Driving retail sales through a sound understanding of product.
• Keeping the Professional Shop clean and orderly.
• Dealing with customer enquiries and bookings via phone, email and in person.
• Taking advantage of upselling opportunities to maximise additional sales of retail and hire products.
• Stock replenishment and merchandising in Professional Shop.

• Excellent interpersonal and Customer Service skills with an outgoing personality.
• Ability to Consider What’s Next and anticipate and adapt to Member and Guest needs.
• Understanding of tee sheet policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with basic computer functions.
• Weekend work required as part of a 5-day week
• Strong knowledge of golf would be advantageous.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues and Collaborate with Purpose as part of a team.
