The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing and supplying parts efficiently, ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining accurate stock control and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and supply the correct spare and replacement parts for customers and workshop technicians.
- Interpret parts catalogues, manuals and electronic systems to accurately identify required parts.
- Assist customers and workshop personnel with parts enquiries in person, via telephone and email.
- Process parts orders promptly and accurately, ensuring customer requirements are met within agreed time frames.
- Handle sales transactions and process customer payments, ensuring all relevant documentation and order references are obtained.
- Receive and book stock into the system accurately, ensuring inventory records remain up to date.
- Store incoming parts correctly and maintain an organised and efficient parts department.
