Multi-Store Leader Sales & Standards

WHSmith is seeking a Multi-Site Store Manager to lead and unify teams across several stores, shaping a positive culture and developing talent. You’ll oversee HR processes with the ER team, manage payroll budgets, and ensure safety and compliance across locations.

You’ll drive sales by coaching managers on customer journeys, stock availability, and key commercial levers, while building strong landlord relationships and delivering a consistent, brand-aligned customer experience.
