You will lead a small team, ensure high standards of customer service, merchandising and store presentation, and help drive sales while upholding our values of Co-operation, Openness, Passion, Empowerment and Recognition.
As a Supervisor you will manage store operations, stock movement, cash handling at the tills, and maintain a safe, clean working environment.
