The Role

We are seeking a Luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our boutique team. Based in our elegant showroom, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences that go beyond the transaction, fostering lasting relationships built on trust, emotion, and personalised service. How You’ll Contribute

● Client Consultations:
Conduct one-hour lounge appointments, actively listening to client needs and guiding them through a personalised bespoke design journey.

● Customer

Experience:

Provide a seamless luxury experience from welcome to post-sale, including thoughtful service, timely updates, and ongoing relationship building.

● Sales Performance:
Achieve monthly sales targets through a consultative approach, offering tailored recommendations and closing with confidence.

● Product Knowledge:
Maintain strong knowledge of our collections, materials, and craftsmanship to educate clients and support bespoke design conversations.

● Operational & CRM Excellence:
Use CRM and internal systems to process and track bespoke orders, manage enquiries, review support tickets, and escalate complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate teams.

● Brand Ambassadorship:
Represent the brand with professionalism and polish, upholding showroom standards, presentation, and client care.

● Team

Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with Planning and store teams to support fulfilment, contribute to visual merchandising, and maintain a clean, organised showroom.

● Success in this role looks like: consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving individual and store sales goals, demonstrating strong product knowledge, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented store environment.

Skills You’ll Bring to

The Role

● 1 - 2 years’ experience in a premium or luxury retail environment, with a strong sales track record

● Jewellery, gemmology, or luxury product training (e.g., GIA, JAA) highly regarded

● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

● Experience handling phone, video, and face-to-face consultations

● Able to learn systems quickly and troubleshoot issues independently

● Highly proactive and self-motivated to contribute beyond your core responsibilities

● Team player with a collaborative mindset and a positive, solution-focused attitude

● Creative eye for styling and passion for unique, bespoke jewellery
