• Conduct outbound outreach to new prospects via phone, email, and Linked In
• Follow structured scripts and outreach workflows to ensure consistent communication
• Promote our Circular IT Services to identify potential ITAD (IT Asset Disposal) / ITALM (IT Asset Lifecycle Management) & ITALM opportunities across various sectors and regions
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Business Development Managers
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our system
• Build a strong understanding of our services
• Meet and exceed monthly activity and appointment‑setting targets
• Work collaboratively with the Business Development team to improve lead quality and conversion
• Represent the company in a professional and customer‑focused manner

• Confident communicator, comfortable making outbound calls
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Willingness to learn and take direction from scripts and established processes
• Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a customer‑facing role
• Knowledge of ITAD, IT services, recycling or technology industry (not required but helpful)
