• Location: On-Site, Belfast
• Salary: £25,480 per annum plus uncapped bonus (avg £500 - £1000 pm) and incentives

• Connect with customers through inbound calls, understand their needs, and build strong rapport
• Achieve and exceed sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
• Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and knowledge of competitor offers
• Develop relationships with customers to encourage referrals
• Provide accurate information, quotes, and pricing to customers
• Maximize opportunities to retain customers through upselling and cross-selling
• Adhere to all relevant FSA regulations

• Individuals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate, with the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
• Proficient in English, both oral and written
• Opening hours: 7:45 am – 9 pm, Monday to Friday, and 7:45 am – 8 pm on weekends (work only 3 Sundays in 12 weeks; 12-week rota in advance)
