Salary: £34,000 basic salary, £4,800 car allowance + 25p per mile fuel. Uncapped commission structure with an average OTE of £65k, top achievers earning £100k+.

• Prospecting for new business via self‑sourced leads and cold calling.
• Appointing and conducting face‑to‑face business reviews to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions.
• Presenting the market‑leading proposition, negotiating, and closing contracts.

• Result‑oriented with strong referral, networking, and relationship building skills.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment with quick turnarounds and exceeding customer expectations.
• Excellent relationship building and ability to evaluate and influence.
• Resilience in overcoming objections while maintaining a positive outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and common customer success software.
• Evidence of success in a sales role.
• Full UK driving licence.
