I'm partnering with an Organization in a massive expansion phase looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager / Account Manager with a strong MSP background to manage and grow their existing client base while expanding their footprint across Northern Ireland
.
In Year 1, the focus will be on nurturing existing clients
, strengthening relationships, and driving retention, alongside identifying opportunities for account growth and new business
.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing MSP clients
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor
- Drive renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct regular account reviews and strategic discussions
- Support regional growth and new business activity in Northern Ireland
- Work closely with technical teams to deliver client solutions
- Proven experience in an MSP environment (essential)
- Account Management, Client Relationship, or IT Sales experience
- Strong commercial and sales mindset
- Understanding of MSP services (managed support, cloud, security)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
