Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Belfast for a Sales Account and Business Development Manager. The role involves driving new business opportunities and generating leads to expand the company's market presence. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Proactive outreach, communication, and strategic planning will be key aspects of daily activities to achieve business growth targets.
Qualifications- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and seize growth opportunities.
- Strong skills in Account Management and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Excellent Communication abilities to clearly articulate value propositions and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
- Experience in providing outstanding Customer Service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Self-motivated, results-driven professional with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge or experience in the food and beverages industry is a plus but not mandatory.
