Support senior team members in managing a portfolio of software clients Help prepare client communications, meeting summaries, and follow-up actions Coordinate product demos, training sessions, and webinars Learn how to identify customer needs and gather product feedback Work closely with sales, support, and product teams to deliver a seamless client experience
