HireIQ is growing, and we’re hiring Sales Consultants to join our Belfast team as we expand across NI, ROI, Scotland and New York City.

This is not a “steady” sales role.

Uncapped commission – no ceiling

Based on current team performance, Year 2 earnings are realistic within your first 12 months.

We are a specialist Talent Solutions Partner operating exclusively within Accountancy & Finance across Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scotland and NYC.

This is a phone-led, high-activity sales position focused on business development.

You will:

• Prospect and develop new client relationships
• Manage full sales cycles
• Consistently hit activity and revenue targets

• 1+ year sales experience (B2B, telesales, recruitment, field sales etc.)
• Competitive and resilient mindset
• Comfortable with high outbound activity
• Strong communicator with commercial instinct
• Motivated by progression and earning potential

Industry experience isn’t essential. Ambition is.
