This is a full-time on-site Senior Sales Consultant role based in Belfast. The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for advising customers, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales. The role includes understanding customer needs, providing tailored product recommendations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering lasting customer relationships. Consultants will also contribute to achieving sales targets and supporting overall store operations.

• Strong skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
• Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction with high-quality interactions
• Effective Communication aptitude to engage with customers professionally and clearly
• Ability to meet sales targets and maintain a customer-focused approach
• Proactive, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous experience in retail or sales, particularly within the outdoor living sector, is a plus
