The OpportunityWe are looking for a driven, confident Sales Representative who thrives on outbound calling and isn’t afraid of a ringing phone. If you’ve honed your skills in a call centre or fast-paced sales environment and love opening doors, building rapport, and closing deals — this could be your next power move.
You’ll be the voice of the platform, connecting with gyms and healthy food outlets, showing them the value, and getting them excited to sign up.
What You’ll Be Doing- Making high-volume outbound calls to gyms and healthy food providers
- Confidently pitching the platform and articulating its value proposition
- Building strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Converting conversations into sign-ups (and celebrating the wins)
- Keeping CRM records sharp and up to date
- Feeding insights back to the wider team to help shape future growth
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or a call centre environment
- Exceptionally strong telephone manner — persuasive, professional, personable
- Thick skin, positive mindset, and resilience (you don’t fear the word “no”)
- Self-starter energy — you manage your day and your pipeline like a pro
- Commercial awareness and genuine enthusiasm for health, fitness, or wellbeing
