Motability Specialist
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are delighted to offer the position of a Motability Specialist within our MG showroom located in Boucher
. This vacancy is for a highly enthusiastic and motivated individual with a desire to develop a career in the motor industry.
A Motability Specialist is a very rewarding role in the dealership. A real people person, you'll come across as effortless and genuine when talking to our customers. As a result, they'll trust you to recommend the right vehicles to them as well as any available extras, accessories and value-adding products.
The role will be responsible for contacting customers on our database who have purchased from us previously in order to create opportunities for repeat business. You will need to be able to develop a good rapport with customers over the phone, and in the showroom, whilst ensuring excellent customer service is given at all times. This role leans more towards delivering results and meeting customer expectations than sales.
In every aspect of our retailing, the aim is always to exceed customer expectation and so customer care is of paramount importance. Within this role you will be helping lead from the front to ensure that our customers receive the best possible After Sales experience.
Communication is key within our dealership, not only to ensure a 5-star customer experience but to build solid working relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.

Required Qualifications- Passion for our brand and the highest level of customer service
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a selling role
- Experience in a similar role within a franchised car dealership an advantage
- Motability Accreditation desirable
- Full, valid UK driving licence
- IT literacy as essential
- Verbal and written communication skills of a high standard
- Ability to present information in an informative and comprehensive way
- Good interactive and social skills
- Organised with good time-management

- The main job purpose will be to deliver a great customer experience and achieve agreed sales target for new vehicles within a compliant sales process.
- To ensure that each customer is provided with the information to make an informed decision relative to their purchase therefore maintaining product knowledge and being aware of quarterly campaigns in operation is imperative.
- To follow up and prospect customers in order to maximise every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business, maintain adequate records of all sales activities including customer contacts through showroom log.
- Maintain all paperwork in a complete and orderly manner.
- Attend training as required.
- Basic Salary £24000 with uncapped bonus earning potential
