Momentum Media NI is seeking ambitious and commercially driven Advertising Sales Executive’s to join our growing team. This is a full-time, office-based role focused on high-quality outbound sales and long-term client relationship management.
The successful candidate will be an experienced sales professional with a proven ability to generate new business, confidently engage decision-makers, and deliver tailored advertising solutions that drive results for clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an accomplished advertising or media sales executive who thrives in a target-driven environment and is looking to build a long-term career with strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify, prospect, and engage new business opportunities through outbound sales activity
- Confidently present and sell advertising products and solutions to prospective clients
- Build, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Manage and nurture a structured pipeline of leads and active accounts
- Negotiate effectively and close sales to achieve and exceed agreed revenue targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, client communications, and outcomes
- Demonstrate a consultative sales approach, identifying client needs and delivering value-led solutions
- Operate in full compliance with company policies, procedures, and professional standards
- Commission-based role with uncapped earning potential
- Commission starting at 20%
- Increased commission of up to 30% available upon achieving agreed minimum performance targets
- Full commission structure, targets, and expectations clearly outlined within the employment contract
- Proven experience in advertising sales, media sales, or outbound B2B sales
- Exceptional verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence decision-makers
- Demonstrated ability to work to targets and consistently deliver results
- Highly self‑motivated, resilient, and driven by performance and achievement
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Professional, confident, and consultative approach to client engagement
- Ability to work full-time in an office-based environment
- Previous experience in advertising, media, or digital sales environments
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and growing client accounts
- Experience managing long-term client relationships
