Our client is a rapidly expanding international consultancy supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organisations across the UK and Europe. With a reputation for excellence and growth, they are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join their field based sales in Belfast and drive new business opportunities across Northern Ireland.
Salary / Benefits- Up to 40,000 base salary + performance related bonus.

Their Belfast office serves as a critical hub for client engagement and business growth across Northern Ireland, supported by an experienced leadership team committed to employee development and success.
Therequirements:
- 1-3 years' experience in sales, business development within life sciences or medical sales.
- Confident communicator comfortable engaging with senior professionals.
- Previous field based or face to face sales experience is ideal.
- Experienced in using Linked In for research and prospecting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).
- Autonomous, resilient, and target-driven mindset.
- Full right to work in the UK.
- Full UK driving license.
- Regular customer visits with 3 days on the road.
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and Linked In to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Research and build targeted account lists within medical sector across Northern Ireland.
- Attend introductory client meetings, gaining valuable consultative sales experience.
- Maintain detailed records of all activities within the CRM system, supporting follow-ups and proposals.
- Represent the company at local networking events, building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance campaigns and share market insights.
