Are you a natural relationship builder with a love of sales and a hunger to win? We’re partnering with a global chemical distributor to find a motivated and results-driven External Account Manager to manage and grow their Northern Ireland portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of an established base of high-value industrial and manufacturing clients, reconnect with dormant accounts, and drive new business growth across the region.

• Manage and develop a defined portfolio of existing accounts, achieving sales and EBITDA targets.
• Reconnect with lapsed customers and open new trading accounts.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers across manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• Negotiate contracts, close profitable deals, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with internal commercial and supply chain teams to ensure exceptional customer service.

• Proven B2B sales experience within manufacturing or industrial markets.
• Ideally, knowledge of industrial chemicals
• A genuine passion for sales; energetic, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Confident managing your own territory, from the factory floor to the boardroom.
• Strong communicator and relationship builder with a hunter mindset.
• Organised, commercially aware, and driven to exceed targets.
