Car Controller

Ballyrobert is looking for a self‑motivated selling New Car Controller to join their team. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by creating energy and excitement around the brand. This exciting opportunity would suit a Senior Sales Consultant who wants to progress their career towards management. Alternately you may already be in a controller role and looking for further experience with a new brand to enhance your CV and prospects.

• Ensure that the team sells an agreed volume of new vehicles whilst retaining budgeted profitability and meeting customer satisfaction objectives.
• Hands‑on role in which you enjoy meeting customers and closing deals.
• Promote the brand values in the local area.
• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction objectives and strive to retain customers to the retail facility and the brand.
• Must have a high level of motivation, drive and a good business sense.
• Must have a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and can seek out, negotiate, and secure profitable sales of new vehicles and additional products to the retail sector.
• Demonstrate excellent management skills and the ability to motivate staff.
• Ensure correct administration procedures are adhered to by all sales staff.
• Build prospective business by asking for referrals, following up on prospects, and calling prospective customers.
• Participate fully in measurement and feedback processes, to complete and return documentation on time and to embrace personal training and development opportunities.
