UK Sales Manager – Mostly Generating Business From £Multi Million Existing Accounts

We have a fantastic opportunity for a senior sales executive to lead the business development activities of a highly successful Packaging Film company across the nation. This role will be responsible for further developing the sales of our client’s products, mostly to major Packaging Convertors and Food Companies
.

This role requires a high-performing Sales Manager to help take this Multi Award Winning Business to the next level by further increasing market share and presence in the industry, meeting customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

Most sales vacancies focus on turnover, but this vacancy stands out. The packaging company has an enviable list of clients with strong relationships and seeks a seasoned professional who can negotiate and close deals to extract more business from these established accounts
. The role needs a solution sales specialist who can work with clients to create innovative, unique and tailored solutions to maximize business from existing accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Maximise sales potential, creating and proposing sales plans that expand the company’s customer base and ensure strong presence.
  • Build and promote long‑lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Requirements
  • Successful previous experience as a senior sales representative or sales manager within Packaging Film Sales
    .
  • Experience selling into Packaging Convertors and/or large Food Companies
    .
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and Packaging Film industry expertise.
