As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling our sales teams to focus on what matters most,
driving revenue and building customer relationships
. You’ll own key operational and administrative tasks, ensuring the sales process runs smoothly and efficiently across the entire customer lifecycle. Acting as a central point of coordination
, you’ll work cross-functionally to resolve complex requests, remove blockers, and help move deals forward.

• Own day-to-day operational and administrative tasks to support sales teams
• Act as the primary point of contact for complex, cross-functional requests
• Manage and execute critical sales processes using CRM and internal systems
• Coordinate approvals with Legal, Finance, Customer Support, and Operations
• Respond to enquiries, troubleshoot issues, and elevate risks when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure visibility across teams
• Support customer onboarding and renewal processes
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance sales effectiveness

• 1-2 years’ experience in a sales support, customer service, sales or sales operations/administration role
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and support systems
• Understanding of sales processes and the customer lifecycle
• Customer-focused attitude with strong follow-through
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn
