The role As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outbound activity. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in driving pipeline growth for the wider sales team.
Key responsibilities include:
High-volume outbound cold calling to prospective business clients Following up on leads provided and qualifying opportunities Booking meetings for senior sales executives Building rapport and developing strong B2B relationships Accurately updating CRM systems with activity and pipeline information Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs About you This is a fantastic entry point into B2B sales. The client is open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including graduates or early-career professionals, retail or hospitality staff looking to move into office-based sales, or individuals with strong communication skills and a competitive mindset.
You will ideally have:
Previous KPI-focused sales experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence speaking with decision-makers over the phone A resilient, target-driven attitude Motivation to build a long-term sales career No prior B2B sales experience is required - full training will be provided.
