Previous experience in sales within a franchised showroom environment. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Experience managing customer enquiries and confidence in handling high volumes of inbound and outbound calls. Experience using retailer CRM systems such as Enquiry

MAX and Drive. Experience building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent customer service, ensuring 5
* customer satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment. Full, valid UK driving licence, aged 21 for insurance purposes. Desirable Criteria: A career history in a similar role would be desirable. Previous experience in car sales or Finance and Insurance would be advantageous.
