Outbound Sales Advisor

Radius now operates across 19 countries with nearly 3,000 employees. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Sales Advisor to join a growing team.

• Basic Salary starting at £25,000 depending on experience.
• Uncapped earning potential with commission.

• Work in the fastest growing Telematics business in Ireland.
• A comprehensive two-week induction training ensuring you’re fully equipped to excel in your role.

• Fully explain features and benefits, arranging and performing online screen sharing demonstrations as necessary.
• Generate revenue from both existing fuel card customers and new prospects.
• Follow up on internal and website leads.
• Provide after‑sales service to ensure customers are 100% satisfied.
• Obtain additional orders or referrals from current customers.
• Take orders and organise installations.

• 12 months telesales experience in a B2B or B2C role preferred. Experience selling SaaS beneficial but not essential.
• Proven at winning new business and generating profitable revenue.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• A desire to hit targets in order to maximise your earnings.
• Team player.
• A quick learner with the ability to think on your feet.
