Job Purpose:

To drive the standard in customer care and to achieve sales figures by delivering a high level of consultative solution selling to internal and external customers. To maintain comprehensive, detailed and timely records. About you Ability to work as part of a team Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally, in a professional manner Have the ability to prioritise effectively and be highly organised A full driving licence Relevant parts experience within motor factors or commercial vehicle industry - working within a franchised dealership parts department would be highly desirable What you'll do The primary duties of this position include:
Meet and exceed sales targets by providing a consultative sales solution to internal and external customers. Deliver the necessary level of sales by educating customers in the range of parts and accessories appropriate for their needs. Proactively identify new customers, and build an effective and profitable relationship. Retain existing customers through effective customer management techniques. Maintain electronic and paper records, and ensure they are upto-date at all times.

Promote and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction in line with the company's vision.
