Sales Development Representative – Kainos
As a Sales Development Representative, you will build early‑stage pipeline through effective selling strategies, a "can‑do" attitude, and an ability to learn from mistakes or guidance from colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver against quarterly/annual team targets (opportunity and revenue targets) by producing a high‑quality pipeline.
- Accountability for achieving weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Collaborate on prospecting and opportunity qualification activities – work independently to engage and generate prospects through multiple mediums and mature prospects into sales opportunities.
- Understand buyer personas to build trust, articulate their challenges, and propose potential solutions.
- Collaborate with Marketing team and Regional Managers to assist in creating and executing demand generation for identified and prioritised strategic account lists.
- Represent Kainos to prospects and customers, presenting at a high level to position Kainos as a professional and market‑leading supplier.
- Prior experience in inside sales, sales development, or dealing with customers.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Interest in consultative selling methodologies and curiosity to understand the competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Demonstrable track record and ability to use initiative to achieve results.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a competitive environment to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and ability to build trusted relationships with various stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating and executing demand generation campaigns using tools such as Cognism, Outreach, or Linked In Sales Navigator.
- Experience preparing and presenting content.
- Keen interest in technology and industry trends.
- Additional language skills, preferably French.
