Internal Sales Administrator

Permanent Internal Sales Administrator required for Lisburn. Duties will include:
Processing telephone and email enquiries from customers and trade professionals Generate sales quotations and sales orders Outbound telephone sales promoting existing and new products Liaise with customers to inform them of any discrepancies or stock availability issues, find suitable alternative products and upsell when possible Create and review sales report analysis as required Internal sales support to field sales representatives Provide product and after sales support to customers, trade professionals and end users Dealing with customer price and invoice queries Provide copy PODs and invoices Represent the company at industry trade shows and marketing events

Essential Criteria :
Previous sales/customer service experience require within the plumbing, heating or bathroom industry. A good technical understanding of plumbing products, bathroom installations or trade counter environments would be an advantage High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)Ability to liaise well with all stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction Be a strong team player and can work on own initiative Pleasant and professional telephone manner A high level of organisational skills & the ability to multi-task A desire to learn about our suppliers, products, customers and systems Strong interpersonal skills to work with management and staff at all levels Deal with aftersales queries in a friendly professional manner Hours of Work:
Monday Thursday : 8.30am 5.00 pm & Friday: 8.30am 4.00 pm Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum DOE
