About You Proven experience in a Business Development Manager, Account Executive or Senior Sales role within professional services.

Track record of winning new business and managing complex sales cycles Experience engaging with business owners, directors and senior decision-makers Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify commercial opportunities Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven What You'll Do Develop new business opportunities across the UK and Republic of Ireland Build relationships with business owners (Start ups and Scale ups) Promote the firm's R&D Tax Relief and Grant Funding advisory services through a consultative sales approach Generate, qualify and convert high-quality sales opportunities Manage the full sales process from initial engagement through to handover with the advisory team Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM, ensuring opportunities are effectively progressed Collaborate closely with technical specialists to deliver tailored funding solutions for clients Represent the business professionally while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and client service Ready for Your Next Challenge?
