-Business Development Executive Full-time | 50/50 split office to field based role Base Salary: £30,000 performance-related bonus up to £5000 Natural Umber is an established and growing brand with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and customer relationships. As part of our continued growth strategy, we are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to help expand our presence and strengthen existing customer partnerships across food service and retail channels.
This is a standalone role offering the opportunity to make a real impact on business growth, supported by a clear sales strategy and a performance-based bonus scheme.
The Role:
As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, developing long-term customer relationships, and maximising sales performance across your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively manage and maintain sales activity across existing and new accounts Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food service sector Build strong customer relationships, ensuring high standards of service Maximise sales opportunities with every customer interaction Plan and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company growth and marketing objectives Explore new and innovative approaches to selling Natural Umber products Work closely with the business owner to support and implement growth initiatives Understand customer needs and develop tailored sales plans Grow existing accounts and explore sole-supply opportunities where appropriate Represent the Natural Umber brand professionally at all times Support the marketing department at events or marketing activities
What Were Looking For :
Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles Experience in sales planning and pipeline development Expertise in the geographical landscape of Ireland Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven Full, clean driving licence Whats On
