Sales Coordinator
Location:
Belfast Salary: £30,000 £ 40,000 DOE
Hours:
Monday Friday 8:30am5pm An established, award-winning machinery and equipment supplier is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support its busy sales operation. This is a varied role involving sales administration, customer liaison, finance support, marketing assistance, and coordination across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team with quotations, reports, presentations, and administration. Maintain accurate customer and sales records within the CRM system. Coordinate customer communications and follow-up activities. Assist with finance proposals, invoicing, and order processing. Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements. Requirements:
Previous experience in sales support, administration, or coordination. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Industry knowledge or familiarity with agricultural, construction, or machinery products would be advantageous Benefits:
