HiBob is seeking a hands-on Enterprise Customer Success Leader to manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in the EMEA region. You will mentor a team of CSMs, drive renewals, expansions and advocacy, and partner with Product, Sales and Marketing to maximise customer value.
You will build strategic plans, monitor health metrics, and act as a trusted advisor to customers while protecting revenue and driving growth. Fluency in English is required; GDPR knowledge is a plus.
